Consistently Amazing Stay in Niagara
Recently stayed for a family trip and loved the cozy atmosphere of our room. Breakfast spread was delightful with plenty of options. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked perfectly, making it easy to plan the day's adventures. Pro tip, Ask for a room away from the elevators for extra peace!

We had a fantastic time at Hampton Inn Niagara Falls! Our room was spacious and very clean, with comfy beds that made our stay restful after long days exploring. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to the falls and nearby restaurants.
The pool area had limited hours which was a bit disappointing.

We had such a fun time at the hotel! The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the breakfast spread was both tasty and plentiful. One small hiccup was a slight delay in getting extra towels, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 😊

Great spot near the falls!
Staying here was pretty good overall! The staff was friendly and helped fix some housekeeping issues quickly. The room felt updated, and the breakfast had a nice variety. Just a heads up, the area around the hotel looked a bit run down, which was kinda surprising. But if you want to be close to the falls, this place fits the bill.

missingWrote a review on Aug 12helpful staffgreat locationdisappointing servicepoor breakfast experience
The location is great, just a short walk to the falls. I appreciated the helpful staff during check-in, who provided a map with tips. I had breakfast included, but didn’t get to try it. My main reason for choosing this spot was the proximity to attractions and ease of access to restaurants. As a single traveler, I found the experience convenient overall.
The customer service at check-out was disappointing. I requested a to-go breakfast and was told they ran out, even after confirming it the night before. The lady was on the phone and couldn’t assist with my check-out.

Basic comforts, but the room had a noisy shower and poor towel supply.

Hit up Fallside Cafe for delicious eats and keep the flavors coming with Koi Restaurant’s sushi! Plus, I enjoyed the smooth check-in and the cozy coffee kiosk that kept my caffeine fix alive.
But let’s talk about the mix-up with our reservation. we ended up at Hampton Inn instead of the Doubletree, and some staff were a bit rude. Breakfast was a scramble with empty trays. it’s like hunting for a treasure in the chaos!
